Free Ringback Service
Our ever popular Ringback Service, will automatically ring your telephone twice to let you know your vehicle is about to arrive.
To use this FREE service just request a ringback when booking your taxi. The taxi’s computer terminal sends a signal to our central computer which in turn rings you as your vehicle approaches.
You just simply ring and relax.
Deliveries
Tong & Euro can get that all important parcel or letter to its destination quickly and without fuss. This service is charged pick up to drop.
Jump Start
A flat battery can be a nuisance. If you need your car but it wont start give us a call. This service costs just £5.00 plus cost of taxi.
Woman Alone
Tong and Euro offer the woman travelling alone a reassuring door to door service. When a woman alone taxi is requested from the customer, our driver will escort the passenger from pick-up to destination, and will wait until she is safely inside.
Wheelchair Access
We have vehicles specially adapted to accommodate wheelchair bound customers.
All our vehicles are large enough to carry folding wheelchairs and walking frames.
Wedding Service
We offer a service where one of our regular taxis can be decorated with ribbons, the driver will be smartly dressed and all our signs removed from the vehicle.
As its your day you have complete control and will be able choose the colour and model of car, as well as meet your driver prior to your big day.
Airport Transfers
Start your holiday from the moment you leave your house and let us transport you to the airport. You don ’t have to worry about parking and having to wait for a shuttle bus to the terminal as we will drop you right at the door. Upon your return we constantly check your flight arrival time and make sure that your driver is there as soon as you get through customs. Where possible you will have the same driver on both journeys.
